Who are these 'Dillos?

'Dillo is short for armadillo, a fascinating creature found in Texas and some of the rest of the southern states.

Dillo Web Designs is professionally owned and operated by Lee Ann Innmon of Austin, Texas.

I will never talk down to you. I try to cut through the clutter of geek-speak for you and help you make the decisions that can be so overwhelming about website design, development and production.

Who are these Innmons, you ask?

I grew up in University Hills (in north Austin), attended Andrews Elementary school and Pearce Junior High until a job transfer forced me to attend high school in the Chicago suburbs. It didn't take long to decide that seven years is about six and a half years too many to live near the Windy City.

I came back home to Austin in time to experience the Armadillo World Headquarters just a few times before its destruction and replacement.

Since then, I've earned an AA, with Honors, from Austin Community College, a BA from UT Austin and a specialized Design and Media Webmaster Certificate, again from ACC.

I have been operating, upgrading, maintaining and programming computers for some 25+ years. I have been creating web sites since 1999.

Life is wonderfully entwined with my Amazing husband, two Great boys, one thoroughly independent cat and our completely devoted Poodle.

When given (or carving out) free time, you can find our family cruising the Texas Hill Country on our motorcycles or working on our cabin near Lake Buchanan.
