Dillo Web Designs makes every attempt to work with you, as your "partner", in helping you set up your web presence and we try to include you in the process without overwhelming you.  We let you tell us how much control you want over the design process.

At Dillo Web Designs, we price each site individually.

Even so, we know that this may not help you in your decision about who you allow to help you build your internet presence, so we have created several "general" structures.

All the sites that Dillo Web Designs creates use “semantically correct coding” so they will rank well “organically” which means that what you spend on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) specialists, if you decide you need to spend anything on SEO specialists, will be less.  Many of our clients find that they get a big enough boost “organically” that they don’t need the added expense of SEO specialists.

1. Small Business Total Solution Modular Sites start from around $1,000.00 for up to 10 pages, this is one of the best buys you will find!
2. By the page provides you with no minimum number of hand coded pages. From one individually designed page for $200 to put your best professional foot forward, with successive pages added at often slightly less per page..
3. Combined Sites start with a Small Business Total Solutions Site and add one or more features available only with a Completely Customized Site. These sites must be bid individually.

6. Comprehensive Content Managed Sites Database driven sites with an Administration Panel for access and maintenance.

The Small Business Total Solution Modular Site is created from Dillo Web Designs Custom "Modules" that allow customers to own a professionally designed web site with most of the features you would only find in a more expensive site at a fraction of the cost.

These sites don’t look like “template” sites that you get “free” with some hosting accounts. We use “modules” of code, like Headers, Banners, Sidebars, Content, and Footers to create a site that is uniquely yours, at a price you can afford.

You are allowed two “modest” change requests included in the first year of hosting. If you think you might need more frequent changes we have several maintenance agreements to choose from that would allow you a specified number of hours per month at a more cost effective price than paying by the incident.

Hosting for these sites is renewable for around $200.00 per year and also includes two change requests, search engine submissions and periodic back-ups. We’re sure you’ll agree that this is one of the best buys around!

Combination Sites start with some of the features of a Custom Module based Small Business Total Solutions Sites, then add some of the features of the By The Page Sites. These types of sites must be bid individually.

Take Control of your site without the need for a maintenance contract.   We use Dreamweaver, by Adobe, to design/redesign your site so that you can take control over the day-to-day content changes to your own site. These sites have “protected” areas that keep you from accidentally “breaking” the site structure and navigation.

You can add and delete pages, swap images and text (with “drag and drop” for most Word and Excel files) and make sure your site content is “fresh” while not having to learn any programming. You would use Contribute, Adobe’s companion software, without needing to learn ANY geek-speak or web design languages (no HTML, JavaScript, XML, XHTML, etc.) but still keep your site fresh without the need for a maintenance contract.

Contribute costs around $160 depending on where you purchase it and can be loaded onto two computers without any extra “site licenses” or you can buy any specified number of licenses from Adobe.

We provide you with a one to two hour onsite training session on using Contribute to maintain your site for up to four people as well as printed documentation specific to your site to refer to later.

As with all sites Dillo Web Designs creates, you get two “modest” change requests to the “protected” areas included in your first year after the design. You would just call a Dillo for those changes. Hosting for these sites is renewable for around $260.00 per year (if you have chosen our hosting) and includes two change requests, search engine submissions and periodic back-ups.

These sites really should be bid individually but usually start around $1250 - $1500, depending on some of the choices you select. 

We can add this ability to an existing site that you have own for around $350, plus your purchase of the Contribute software.

Comprehensive Content Managed Sites use a database to store the pages of the site.

These sites must be bid individually since there are so many variables to take into account and they are generally more expensive than Modular sites.

They come with all the customary pages, forms, email, site files on CD, search engine submissions and hosting for the first year (if you elect to use our hosting) as all Dillo Web Design sites.

These sites are usually built using Coldfusion, PHP or ASP, or another programming language and provide you with an “Admin Panel” from which you make changes to your sites and you have no extra software to buy.

The pages of these sites are available through the Admin Panel and you are able to swap text or images, add or delete pages and generally control the functionality of the site from that panel. This means that you don’t need to learn Geek-Speak and you have complete control over your site.
